What is the VINE PASS?The VINE PASS is a premium discount pass that gives you access to exclusive savings and experiences at handpicked Napa Valley wineries. Each partner winery offers special discount offers on wine tasting experiences, complimentary upgrades, discounts on bottle purchases, and more. Each winery's offer varies; please consult the website for the most up-to-date discount offers.

How long is my VINE PASS valid?Your 2025 VINE PASS is valid from purchase through December 31, 2025. Your pass will be stamped at each destination for a one-time usage per winery.

How much does the VINE PASS cost?The 2025 VINE PASS is $85 per pass, with $15 per pass donated to the UCSF Cancer Center. We recommend one pass per guest.

Can I share my VINE PASS with others?No, each VINE PASS is personalized and non-transferable. ID verification may be required at participating wineries. We recommend one pass per person, so you can fully take advantage of the wine tasting discounts!

How quickly will I receive my physical VINE PASS?Your physical VINE PASS will be mailed to you within 3 business days from purchase. If you need it sooner, please contact us about expedited options. We mail orders via USPS with tracking confirmation.

How do I use my VINE PASS at wineries?Simply present your physical Vine Pass at each participating winery to receive the exclusive discount offer. Each winery will stamp your pass to mark your visit to them. PLEASE NOTE: You must present the physical pass, showing your receipt; photocopy are not ACCEPTED

Do I need to make reservations at wineries?YES! We recommend making reservations 2-4 weeks prior to your trip. Tasting experiences on the weekend or at peak visitation periods will book up quickly ahead of time. Don't worry, we can take care of reservations for you! Our premium reservation assistance takes the stress and guesswork off your plate, so sit back and enjoy! You have INSIDER access with us.

Is there a limit to how many times I can visit each winery?Yes. Once stamped, your VINE PASS allows you to visit every winery destination one time per destination.

Can I use my VINE PASS for large groups?VINE PASS is only valid for groups of four or fewer. Please note that each person in your group must have their VINE PASS to receive discount offers. VINE PASS is NOT VALID for groups of 5 or more, sorry, splitting of groups is NOT ALLOWED.

Lost or Misplaced VINES PASS?Sorry, any lost, misplaced, or such VINE PASS IS NOT replaceable. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

How do I access my member account?You'll receive your member ID and login credentials via email within 24 hours of purchase. Simply visit our website and click on the "Member Login" button to access your account.

Can I download the pass to my phone instead of carrying the physical card?The physical VINE PASS is required to receive benefits at partner wineries. Each destination will stamp your VINE PASS while visiting, making it a nice keepsake from your Napa trip. Sorry, no replacements for lost or stolen VINE PASS.
